: Notwithstanding anything else written in this regulation, house, land of the organization mentioned in section 135 of the Act including: immovable property shall not be sold or auctioned without the approval of the Government of Nepal or mortgaged or for more than five years : Should not be leased for a period. However, the approval of the Government of Nepal will not be required to auction the house and land where such organizations have taken a mortgage for rent or other remaining arrears, or where the organization itself has taken mortgage, in accordance with this regulation.
